gotAPI has got to be one of the coolest web reference pages out there. You can look up terms in HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, Ruby on Rails, Java and more. Just click to add your favorite site and *poof* you’re searching away.

As you type, it will show suggestions. Then you can click on the one you think it is and you’ll be shown the appropriate page in a frame.
